Boulevard Continues to Recieve a 5 Star Overall Quality Rating from CMS

Boulevard Health Center, well known for its exceptional short-term rehabilitation, has announced its achievement of earning the highest possible rating of Five Stars from The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). The Five Star status is given to only the top 10 percent of skilled nursing facilities in each state. This rating is based on health inspections, staffing levels, and nine different physical and clinical quality measures.

CMS created the Five-Star Rating system to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare skilled nursing facilities more easily. Facilities with an overall Five-Star rating are considered to have well above average quality. Boulevard Health Center, a Pomeroy Living-affiliated facility, is proud that its high standards have been recognized by CMS.

Boulevard Health Center has combined over 26 years of clinical excellence in a state-of-the-art setting with compassion, hospitality, and luxurious accommodations. Boulevard’s blending of experience and commitment to personalized care has led the way for patients to achieve their goals for a complete recovery, regaining their independence and returning back home to enjoy their active lives.
