Congestive heart failure and respiratory ailments are on the rise.  If you have one of these illnesses, you know how it can alter your lifestyle.  In order to improve the quality of life for patients with these diseases, Boulevard Health Center has partnered with two renowned specialists, cardiologist Dr. Samer Kazziha and pulmonologist, Dr. Robert Go, to establish the first Cardiopulmonary Clinic inside of a Skilled Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in this region.  The cardiopulmonary clinic treats patients who have been diagnosed with asthma, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), angina, coronary artery disease, heart attack and other conditions.  The cardiopulmonary clinic combines the medical expertise of the cardiologist and pulmonologist with Boulevard’s nursing and therapy services to create an individualized program of care encompassing:

• Medical Evaluation
• Physical and Occupational Therapy
• Exercise Program
• Nutrition Counseling
• Respiratory Therapy
• Smoking Cessation Program
• Education and Counseling
